What should I do if someone is using my intellectual property without permission?

I just found out that someone is using my intellectual property in Dubai without my permission. It's my original design, and seeing it used without my consent is really frustrating. I'm not sure what my next steps should be to address this and protect my rights. Could you give me some advice on what I can do legally to handle this situation?
